As a Food and Wellness Coach, I practice a holistic and balanced approach to all around well-being. Having a holistic practice means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

It takes self-awareness to know where you feel stuck, and courage to know what support you need to  move forward with ease (and all these discoveries are part of the process!)

My approach is really unique and is most likely the opposite of what you have been told in the past. It is not about eating more of the “right” things or exercising more. It is based on transforming your thoughts and behavior patterns from a place of discipline and control –to one of compassion and curiosity. Let me start by soothing your fears about committing to a balanced lifestyle. Does that mean you have to take an oath to give up ice cream? No way! Actually, being “bad” is part of this program. I know it sounds unusual, but this is an unusual program. So we won’t be inviting the “Food Police” to our group meetings. : )

 

What it’s NOT about:

My approach is not about focusing on calories, carbs, fats, or proteins. It’s not about creating lists of restrictions, depriving you of food you love, or feeling guilty about eating “bad” foods that you end up punishing yourself for. There are no weigh ins or body shaming. Instead, I create a unique program that suits your specific lifestyle needs from wherever it is you are coming from, (wherever you are is right where you are supposed to be!) and we work together in a way that is flexible, fun and completely rewarding.

Whether your wellness goals include achieving optimal weight, clearing your cravings, getting radiant skin while cleansing your diet or maximizing energy while reducing stress- I have a customized plan tailored for you. As we continue to work together, you will get all the tools, accountability, structures and coaching support  you need to THRIVE!  All while developing a deeper understanding of your body and the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you.

It is easy to lose momentum on your own, but with my gentle guidance and tough love coaching, you will be empowered to take consistent action and see fast results. You will be able to confidently implement these lasting changes,  that will not only double your energy and get you balanced, but allow you to stop hiding out and start shining out your light.
